Happy Energy Solutions Ltd (HESL) is delighted to announce that we have been appointed to deliver the HEATflex service on behalf of Bracknell Forest Council. This appointment highlights our ongoing commitment to supporting Local Authorities and delivery partners in accelerating retrofit and energy efficiency improvements across the UK.

What This Means for Installers

HEATflex is a fully managed service designed to simplify and streamline access to ECO4, GBIS, and Local Authority Flex (LAFlex) funding routes. For approved ECO4 Installers, it provides a clear, compliant, and efficient pathway to manage declarations, and deliver funded measures
