WHAT TYPE OF INSTALLER CHECKS DO YOU CARRY OUT?

HEATFlex undertakes the following checks on organisations wishing to offer LA Flex eligibility to your residents:

  • Company credit check

  • Insurances

  • Certifications to deliver measures (Gas Safe, MCS etc.)

  • Trade Body memberships

  • Customer Review Sites (Which, Check a Trade)

  • Adherence to Code of Conduct

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE ELIGIBILITY CHECK TOOL?

This is a web-based tool that leads the customer through a checklist, confirming at the end if they meet the Local Authority Flex eligibility criteria.  This then generates a Self Declaration Form which can be signed electronically, emailed or posted for signature.

IS THE SERVICE FULLY COMPLIANT WITH GDPR?

Yes. Full data sharing agreements will be in place between the parties and, where necessary, the relevant consents will be obtained from the applicant.

HOW IS THE SERVICE PAID FOR?

A one-off Registration Fee is charged to the organisations, wishing to offer LA Flex in your area, to become approved to use the service.  There is also a charge for each Flex Declaration that is applied for.  No charges are made to the Local Authority.

WILL I GET ACCESS TO THE DATA AND REPORTS?

Yes.  You will have secure access into the database for your residents and get monthly reports detailing Flex Declarations signed, works completed, total Life Time Savings achieved etc.
